After a series of very blustery days, today the winds died down and the hike couldn't have been more perfect. The flowers were in full bloom and Mary did an excellent job educating us on their common and latin names. (Guess which ones I remember?)

What a marvelous day. Yes, there was virtually no wind. Unbelievable. We were blessed. And the flower show was the best ever. Rain really helped this year.
ReplyDeleteWe were so laid back that our lunch on Black Pt. beach lasted till 1:30 and even then I don't think any of us wanted to leave.
Dard
