Fort Ross without me...

While the Thursday Ramblers were exploring Fort Ross I was in Gualala with my mother-in-law, Nell,  and her friend Jerry.  Here's where we were:

South End Trails Completed

We have officially finished all of the south end trails on The Sea Ranch.

Sea Ranch Ramble

After a hot week, today was cool and overcast.  The hike was a lovely ramble.  We lunched at One-Eyed Jacks.

Diamond Day!

 It was a beautiful day on the coast.  Believe it or not for the first time in the history of the Thursday Ramblers we ate our lunch at Gualala Point Park beach.  (Typically it is too windy and cold but today was lovely!)

Stillwater Cove

What a lovely day and a beautiful hike. 

Huckleberry Hike

The Huckleberries were abundant and BIG on this hike.  Tina lead us into an old growth fairy ring which was a nice surprise.

GAC to GIB

This road hike left plenty of opportunity for us to pick up trash and recycling.  It was a lovely sunny day and the mosquitoes were out in force!  The hike started and ended at The Gualala Arts Center.
