It didn't rain but the grasses were so wet from the rain yesterday that we all were very soggie from the knees down. Regardless, the flower show was INCREDIBLE! Pictured above is the mystery plant covered with raindrops and a rare purple flower whose name I can't remember.... but I am sure Mary Sue could tell us. During our lunch on the rocks we were treated to a water-firework display. Most lovely.
It took a few days for my boots to dry out, but it was worth it. The flowers were really nice. The last photo is of Gentian. It was the only one we saw.
