Congratulations on the one year anniversary of your Thursday Hiking Blog. The weather for this hike was perfect. Clear and sunny with not much wind for the coastal bluffs and lunch stop.
This is one of my favorite hikes. There are so many ferns in the forest part of the hike. It is really beautiful. There is the old Fort Ross school house. And with permission to walk through private property (and see peacocks) we get to another part of this county park, a lovely stretch of bluff with a wonderful rocky spot for lunch. The overcast broke before we got to the bluff.
